Only an industrial hygienist can confirm it’s mold. We suggest you call an industrial hygienist to do surface sampling and air sampling to provide a work document or “road map” for next steps. A list of hygienists can be found on the preferred partners page of this site.

We can also do an estimate based on a “visual only” site visit however, if you don’t completely understand what is going on, you can spend a lot of unnecessary money

It is also extremely important to understand and solve the source of the problem before any mitigation begins

If necessary, we will schedule a site visit to provide a formal estimate. The cost of the visit is $185* This will be credited towards the work performed at your home if you chose to move forward with our services.

If you agree to the proposed estimate, we will schedule for the work to begin. In order to provide a guarantee we would recommend you scheduling a post test with the industrial hygienist.
